1 1/2 taza de azúcar
1 sobre de gelatina sin sabor
1 chta. de ralladura de limón bien finita
1 taza de leche fresca
3/4 de taza de jugo de limón
3 tazas de agua

Directions:
Directions:
En una cacerola mezclar el azúcar con la gelatina sin sabor y agregar el agua. Calentar a fuego medio moviendo hasta que se disuelva.

Retirar del fuego y agregar la leche, el jugo y la ralladura de limón. Poner en un recipiente ancho o en cubetas y congelar tapado por unas 3 horas, o hasta que se ponga duro.

Cortar en trozos pequeños y batir bien hasta que el helado esté suave pero no derretido. Poner en un molde a congelar.
