Spaghetti Pasta (amount according on # of servings)
1 can spaghetti sauce
1 16 oz. tub sour cream
1 16 oz. tub cottage cheese
2 cups Italian cheese
1 pound lean hamburger

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pasta.
Mix sour cream and cottage cheese in small bowl. (add Italian seasonings if you wish) set aside.
Brown hamburger in skillet. Drain. Add Spaghetti sauce over medium heat.
Drain pasta and pour into casserole dish.
Layer on top of pasta sour cream and cottage cheese.
Then Layer spaghetti sauce and hamburger.
Top with shredded Italian cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
(half recipe and bake in 8 x 8 casserole dish for 2...with leftovers)
