1/2 cup shortening
2 egg yolks
5 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk

----Filling----
2 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups confectioners sugar

Directions:

----Pies----
Sift dry ingrediants. Add rest. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased sheet. Bake 10 minutes at 375.

----Filling----
Beat ingrediants until smooth. Put in between two cookies when cool. (for more filling, double recipe)
