1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 egg
1 cup bisquick
1 c milk
16 oz whole roasted can mild chilis

Directions:
Directions:
Line the bottom of a backing rectangular Pyrex by unrolling the Chile peppers. The layer of grated cheese. Pour bisquck, milk and egg mixture over that.
Bake at 425 30 or 40 minutes until brown on top. Serve with salsa.
