2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. oil
2 c. chopped apple
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix first nine ingredients. Pour into 18 greased muffin cups. Mix topping ingredients. Put on top of muffins. Bake 30-35 min. at 350.
