1 small onion, diced
1 small carrot, diced
1 pkg. frozen broccoli chunks
1 qt. chicken stock
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
Season to taste with salt, white pepper and garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, carrot and broccoli in butter. Add the flour and cook for 3 - 4 min. Then add stock, cream, salt, white pepper and garlic.
