1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 T unsalted butter
2 T milk
2 egg yolks
cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chocolate and milk in a double boiler. Melt the chocolate over low heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat when smooth.

Add the egg yolks and butter, stirring briskly. Cool in refrigerator for 2 hours.

Scoop out with a grapefruit or melon spoon and shape into a ball. Roll in cocoa.

Keep refrigerated, and eat within 48 hours.
