1 pkg. (12 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 pkg. (11 1/2 oz.) milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9" pan with foil and butter the foil. In a saucepan, melt semisweet chips with 1/2 cup plus 3 tbsp. milk over low heat. Remove from the heat; stir in 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 cup walnuts. Spread into prepared pan. In a saucepan, melt milk chocolate chips with remaining milk. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and nuts. Spread over first layer. Refrigerate until firm.
