1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
1 1oz. package of ranch style salad dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Cover and blend on medium speed about 30 seconds or until the mixture is smooth. Stop the blender a few times to scrape the mixture down from the sides. Serve with carrot sticks, celery sticks, cucumber slices, broccoli or cauliflower.
