1 (15 oz) Can Crushed Pineapple, undrained
1 Small box Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 Small box Jello (you decide flavor)
1 (15 oz.) Can Fruit Cocktail, drained (optional)
1 Qt. Fresh Strawberries Sliced
1 (8 oz.) Container of Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Into a good size serving bowl mix undrained crushed pineapple, Jello and instant pudding. You decide your flavors. If you want they can be sugar free. Place covered in the refrigerator for at least an hour. The mixture will be thick. Now add sliced strawberries. If using canned fruit, be sure to drain well. Lastly fold in Cool Whip. The light whip works well too. If you want a large amount double the crushed pineapple, Jello and instant pudding. This is one of those recipes where you can use your imagination.
