Cooked white rice ( abt. 6 cups)
bacon or ham
1 onion chopped
1 carrot chopped
green onions (opt.)
soy sauce
4-6 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice. Left-over rice works good too. In frying pan: fry 6-8 strips of bacon, or warm cubed pieces of ham. Add onion and carrots and stir until soft. If you are adding green onions, do that towards the end. Scramble eggs. Add eggs, and onion mixture to rice. Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper.

The fun thing about fried rice is, you can add anything, and as much of it as you want. Just add stuff and season until it tastes good to you.
