4 c. skim milk
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate (Lindt or Callebaut)
2 tsp. sugar (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:

Heat milk (no need to boil) on low. Add chocolate and stir from time to time until chocolate melts. Watch carefully so chocolate doesn't burn.

Add sugar to taste.


This is modified from an original Camille Glenn recipe. It tastes rich and delicious. Garnish with barely sweetened whipped cream.
