Ingredients:  
2 or 3 cloves garlic
1 small onion

2 lbs. sharp cheddar cheese

Tabasco© sauce to taste
1 can beer opened 24 hours

Directions:
Directions:

Chop garlic and onion finely.

Mix with cheese.

Add Tabasco© sauce and mix with beer.

Beat 10 minutes with electric mixer or processor.
