3 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts (can cut breasts into halves or thirds)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup uncooked rice
2 tbsp. margarine
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup mix (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the margarine in 9 x 13" pan. Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Mix all the soups with 1 soup can of water. Pour 1/2 the soup mixture in the pan. Sprinkle rice over the soup. Place chicken on top of rice and cover with remaining soup. If desired, sprinkle 1/2 envelope Lipton Onion Soup mix on top. Cook uncovered at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
