1 lb. ground beef,1 lb. Italian sausage, 1 chopped onion, 2 cloves garlic, 1 tsp. chili powder, 1/2 tsp. thyme, 1/2 tsp. basil, 1 small can tomato paste, 2 small cans tomato sauce, 1 can water

Cheese- 1 lb. ricotta cheese, 2 eggs(beaten), 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese 2 tsp. salt,1/2 tsp. pepper, 2 tbsp. parsley, 16oz. mozzarella cheese grated

Brown meats, add onion,garlic,chili powder,thyme,basil,tomato paste and sauce and water. Cook on stove or in crockpot for 2-3 hours

Cheese- Mix all cheese ingredients together except Mozzarella.

Layer in 9x13 pan . Spray pan and start with small amount of meat mixture to cover bottom. Layer noodles-cheese mixture-meat-mozzarella cheese-repeat until all gone. Last layer is Mozzarella cheese. Bake 40 minutes @350
