2 lbs. ground beef, 1 chopped onion, 1 egg, 1/4 cup oatmeal, 1 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1/4 brown sugar, 1/4 white vinegar,1 tsp. salt, 1/8 cup tomato sauce, 1 tsp. dry mustard, ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef,or ground turkey,onion,egg,oatmeal and pepper. Mix together remaining ingredients. Add 1/4 of this to the meat mixture. Spray 8x8 pan and then form mixture into small loaf. Put holes in meat with fork and then add 2 tbsp. ketchup to brown sugar mix and then pour on top of loaf. Bake 45 minutes at 400
