cup onions
cup oil
cup tarragon vinegar
cup creole mustard
2 tsp paprika
2 cloves garlic
cup green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients to blender except green onions. Blend until smooth, then add green onions and blend another couple of seconds.
