1 3/4 Cups Sugar
2 Cups Milk
3 Tbsp. Butter
3 Egg Yolks
4 Tbsp. Cocoa
6 Tbsp. Flour
2 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla
1 9-inch Pie Crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, milk, cocoa, egg yolks, and flour together. Cook over low heat until thick. Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into pie crust and top with meringue.

Meringue:
Beat 3 egg whites until stiff peaks are formed. Add 2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar. Beat well. Spread over pie. Bake at 400 until meringue is golden brown.
