4 large ripe tomatoes, diced
1 cup red onions, diced
1 Serrano or Jalapeno chile, minced (without seeds)
1 cup cilantro
2 tbsp fresh limejuice
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Dice the onions, tomatoes and chiles and place in serving bowl. Squeeze fresh limejuice over the top. Add salt and pepper to taste and chill in refrigerator.

This is a raw vegetable salsa and requires no cooking. For a mild version, leave out the chiles.
