6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 lb. sausage
1 c. cheddar cheese
6 slices bread, broken into small pieces
1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain the 1 lb. of sausage.

Beat the eggs with electric mixer and add milk, cooked sausage, cheese, bread and dry mustard. Mix well and pour into 9 x 13 Pyrex baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning remove from fridge 30 minutes before baking. Uncover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
