1 head cauliflower, separated
1 bunch broccoli, separated
2 medium onions, ringed
1/2 green pepper, diced
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms

Dressing: 1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. oil
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put cauliflower, broccoli, onions, green pepper and mushrooms in bowl. Mix together dressing ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour while boiling over the vegetables. Cover the bowl to marinate the salad. When cooled to room temperature, refrigerate.
