1 c. peanut butter (chunky) 1 c. sugar 1 egg 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Mix peanut butter and sugar. Stir in remaining ingredients. Shape into 1 in. balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets. Press with fork to flatten slightly and bake in a moderate oven, 350º, for 12 - 15 minutes.
