2/3 c dry bread crumbs
1/2 c milk
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 beaten egg
1/4 c grated onion
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sage
Dash of pepper

Piquant Sauce (mix well)
3 T brown sugar
1/4 c catsup
1/4 t nutmeg
1 t dry mustard

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Soak dry bread crumbs in milk
3. Add meat, egg, onion and seasonings, mix well.
4. Form into on loaf on baking sheet and spread with Pinquant sauce.
5. Bake 1 hour
