1 Pizza crust (I use Mama Mary's)
Olive Oil
Barbecue sauce (I use KC Masterpiece)
Red Onion
Blackened Chicken
Pickled Jalapeņo slices or dices
Pizza cheese (Cheddar Mozzarella mix)
Extra cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Place pizza crust on baking sheet or pizza stone. Brush bottom with olive oil and spread a light coating of barbecue sauce on the pizza shell just as if you were using pizza sauce. Sprinkle with thinly sliced red onions and then the chicken. Sprinkle with sliced jalapeņos to your taste. Top with half of the Pizza cheese to one pizza and some extra cheddar cheese on top of the pizza cheese. Bake for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
