1. Preheat Waffle Iron
2. Separate eggs. With mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks, sugar, and milk until combined.
4. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, salt, and baking powder. Make a well in the center.
5. Add the egg yolks, sugar and milk mixture to the flour mixture. Mix well.
6. Stir in the melted butter. Mix well.
7. Fold in the beaten egg whites.
8. Cook em' up!
