3 Lbs. Spareribs, Cracked into 2-3 inch pieces 1 Tsp. Monosodium Glutamate 3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce 1/2 Cup Prepared Mustard 1 Cup Brown Sugar
Have butcher cut ribs into small pieces. Bake ribs at 325º for 1 1/2 hrs. Drain on paper towels. Make sauce with remaining ingredients then brush on ribs. Return ribs to 300º oven for 45 minutes. Baste several times while cooking. Bake until well done.
