4 cups shredded cabbage
2 cups crushed corn flakes
1 & 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 stick of butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Shred cabbage & place in ice water for 3 - 4 minutes, drain well in colander. Place one cup of the corn flakes in the bottom of a 13 x 9 glass baking dish. Place the well-drained cabbage over the cornflakes. Mix the mayo, soup & milk & pour over the cabbage. Sprinkle the cheese over that. Mix the other cup of the corn flakes with the melted melted butter/margarine & sprinkle over the cheese. Bake @ 350 for 30-40 minutes (depending on your oven) til cabbage is tender.
