1 - 16 oz. Velveeta, cut into cubes
1 - can Rotel (mild or hot, depending on taste)

Directions:

Place the cheese in a microwaveable bowl, pour the salsa over the top. Microwave on high for 3 minutes & stir. Microwave about 3 more minutes til the cheese is well melted. Pour into a small crockpot to keep warm. Serve with tostitos.

This is a favorite football fan snack, traditional at Neil's Super Bowl party. It's easy & cheesy - what's not to love! You may need to double the recipe, depending on the number of people.
