Meatballs:

2 lbs. lean ground chuck
2 T. soy sauce
2 T. onions, minced
2 eggs
1/3 cup dried parsley flakes
2 t. garlic powder
1 c. dried bread crumbs
2 t. salt
1/4 t. black pepper

Sauce:
1 can jellied cranberry sauce
1/3 cup catsup
2 T. brown sugar
1 - 12 oz. bottle chili sauce
1 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meatball ingredients in a large bowl, mix well. Shape meat mixture into balls the size of a walnut. Place in a skillet with a small amount of cooking oil. Cook til brown, remove & drain on paper towel. Place in a glass baking dish.

Combine all sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Heat on low to medium heat, stirring til cranberry sauce melts. Pour over meatballs & bake @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

You can cook the meatballs ahead & freeze them. When ready to use, all you have to do is let them thaw a little while, pour on the sauce & bake.
