1 ½ cup cooked white rice or 2 cups wild rice or a mixture of both. Chicken, cut up or use breasts and thighs 1 can mushroom soup 1 can celery soup ½ envelope dry onion soup mix ½ cup milk
Sprinkle rice over bottom of pan (13” x 9”). Heat soup and milk and pour over rice. Place chicken on top and sprinkle onion soup mix over top. Seal with 2 layers of aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours 15 minutes at 325 F.
