Before you fire up your grill it's critical to get yourself mentally prepared for what lies ahead. Nothing get's you on the road to rancho Relaxo better than a hand crafted margarita. Here's a basic recipe to get you started.

2 oz good tequila (Heradura is the house favorite)
1/2 oz of Grand Marnier or Cointreau
2 oz of fresh lime juice

Stir all ingredients together and pour over crushed ice. Serve with a lime garnish.

Tip: To scale this recipe simply use one container of frozen limeade, one container of Trader Joe's Margarita Mix (it's not overly sweet), a quarter bottle of Grand Marnier or Cointreau and a full 750 ml bottle of good tequila. In a pitcher mix all ingredients over half a bag of ice and mix. The melting ice will dilute your drink as time goes on. Add some fresh chopped strawberries for a nice touch.
