1/4 Cup Vinegar
1-2 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Large Cucumber (VERY thinly sliced)
1/3 Cup (1 Small) Onion (VERY thinly sliced)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vinegar, sugar and salt. Add Cucumber and Onion and toss to coat. Cover and chill for 4 hours or up to 5 days.

I added this version of Marinated Cucumbers because they taste good without much marinade time...I tend to forget to start my cucumbers the night before...so this recipe has bailed me out a few times. You do want it to marinade for at least an hour.
