1 cup cornflakes 2½ T. peanut butter 1 egg white ½ cup sugar 1/8 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
Beat egg white until stiff. Gradually fold in sugar. Add flavoring. Fold cornflakes into mixture. Add peanut butter and carefully mix. Drop by spoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes.
