1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup White Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Crisco
3 Cups Flour
1/8 tsp Salt
2 tsps Baking Soda
2 tsps Cream Tartar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Sugars, Crisco, Butter, and Eggs until creamy. Add Vanilla and Lemon. Add dry ingredients which were sifted together. Add gradually and 1 Cup Cocoanut.

These cookies puff up and then get crinkely. Taste good.
