1/2 Cup Butter
1 1/4 Cups Light Brown Sugar
1 1/3 Cups Unsifted Flour
1/8 tsp Salt
2 Eggs
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
1 Cup Dried Apricots Chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Cream butter and 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 cup flour, 1/8 tsp salt. Pat in bottom of 8 inch square pan.
Bake for 25 minutes.

Beat eggs and remaining flour (1/3 cup) with 1 cup of brown sugar and baking powder. Stir in lemon juice, apricots and nuts. Pour over cooked base and bake 30 minutes.
