1 whole chicken

4 c. self-rising flour
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 eggs (beaten)
1 c. milk
yellow food coloring - optional

Directions:
Directions:

Boil whole chicken in water until tender. Cool chicken in the broth water.

Remove meat from the bone and place meat back in the broth. Work the margarine into the flour until crumbly.

Mix milk and eggs; pour into the flour and butter mixture. Roll out the flour mixture into large thin circle.

Cut the flour mixture into squares with a pizza cutter. Place in bubbling broth with chicken and cook until done, approximately 6-8 minutes.

Cover with a lid and turn down to low heat until ready to serve. Be careful not to allow to burn or stick. Use a thick bottomed cooker.
