1 c. margarine (softened)
1 egg
1 c. sugar

1 c. pumpkin
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

FROSTING
3/4 c. brown sugar
4 tsp. margarine, softened
3 tsp. milk
2 - 3 c. powdered sugar

Directions:

Cream margarine, egg and sugar.

Add pumpkin, flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and vanilla. Mix well.

Drop by spoonful on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

FROSTING: Combine frosting ingredients, adding enough powdered sugar for good spreading consistency. Ice while cookies are still warm.
