2 cans pineapple chunks (drained, reserve 3 Tbsp.)
1 cup sugar
2 Tbls. butter
2 cups grated cheese
1 roll Ritz crackers
6 Tbls. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pineapple, sugar, flour, reserved juice and cheese. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Crush the crackers and put on top of mixture. Pour the melted butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
