to 1 lb pasta of your choice
olive oil
vegetable broth
4 small zucchini, diced with their flowers
2 garlic cloves
grated Parmesan cheese
salt
crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil or cup vegetable broth in a skillet. Add garlic and cook a few minutes. Add the zucchini and let it cook for about 5 minutes, season with a bit of salt and red pepper flakes, if wanted. Toss flowers in toward the end.

Toss cooked pasta with olive oil, and pour zucchini mixture over pasta. Serve warm with shaved Parmesan and a nice crusty bread.
