2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. veg. oil
2 t. baking powder
4 oz. unsweetened choc. melted
1/2 to salt
2 t. vanilla
12 c. powdered sugar
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, oil, chocolate and vanilla. Mix in eggs, one at a time. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
Heat oven to 350. Shape dough into balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Place 2 in. apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake until almost no indentation remains when touched, 10-12 min. Makes about 6 dozen.
