(1) In a mixing bowl mix (1) 2 cups clams (ground)
2 eggs
1/2 cup grated Jack cheese
salt and white pepper to taste (2) In separate bowl mix 1/3 cup chopped green pepper, 1/3 cup chopped celery, 1/3 cup chopped green onions now blend in 1 cup butter, 3 strips of bacon chopped up well fine 1/4 flour. Mix good.(3) Put in a pan and cook for about 5 minutes adding 1 1/2 cups milk until it thickens.

Now mix together all ingredients 1, and 2 in big bowl. (4) Butter clam shells, put mixture in shells, sprinkle a little more Jack cheese on top with a little paprika. Put in oven about 15 minutes at 350, when cheese starts to melt and starts getting brown remove and serve.
