1 whole chicken cut up
2 boxes chicken Rice A Roni
3/4 cup onion - diced
1/2 c. green pepper diced
1/2 cup oleo
4T chicken stock

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in large stock pot until done. Reserve water. In large skillet, Saute Rice A Roni, pepper and onion until dark brown. ( it will look almost burnt.) Add reserved water according to directions on package. Add chicken and simmer until done. 15-20 min.
