1 pint large mushrooms, peeled and stems removed. Also scoop out black center.

1 clove garlic.
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, room temp.
1/4 cup butter, room temp.
1/8 tsp salt.
1/8 tsp pepper.
1/4 cup parmesan cheese.
2 TB butter melted.

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together garlic, room temp. cream cheese and butter, S&P, and parmesan cheese. Fill each cap with the cheese mixture. Drizzle melted butter on top of the mushrooms. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes, or until light brown on top.
