1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. fresh orange juice
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp sesame oil
1.5-2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
5-6 skewers (for wooden skewers, soak in warm water for 30 minutes before use)

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk all ingredients together except chicken in a medium pan. Bring to a boil. Add chicken cubes, stir and remove from heat. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. Heat oven to 500F. Thread chicken on skewers. Bake for 10 minutes. Dip in sauce of choice.
