"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
8 Quart pickles 1 Cup Kosher Salt 1 Quart vinegar 3 Quarts Water
Bring mixture to a boil and fill jars, add a sprig of dill to each jar and add a clove or two of garlic to each jar. Add your pickles and pour hot mixture over them and seal.
This is the best dill pickle recipe I have ever made. My husband Terry has been making them for years for all our family. He has shared this recipe with all our family. Try this out when the pickles get good in the garden, you will love them.
