2 portabella mushrooms (about 3/4 pound)
olive oil
2 whole grain buns.
Reduced-fat herb and garlic cheese spread
baby spinach leaves
2 slices tomato

Directions:
Directions:
Remove and discard mushroom stems. Brush caps with oil. Place on grid over medium-high heat; grill or fry until tender and lightly charred, about 4-5 minutes per side. Split buns and grill until lightly toasted. Spread cheese spread on the toasted buns. Place portabella caps on bottom half of buns; top each with spinach, tomato, and bun top.
