2 sweet potatoes
butter-flavored Pam
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel sweet potatoes and slice thin. Spray Pam on large jelly roll pan. Place potatoes in pan in single layer just slightly overlapping. Spray potatoes heavily with butter-flavored Pam. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 450 degrees for approximately 15-20 minutes or until browned.
