3 or 4lb fryer or 3 Boneless chicken breast Boiled with onions and celery, salt & Pepper
3 Tbsp Butter
3 Tbsp. Flour
2 cups of Broth
1/2 cup Milk
1 Tbsp Flour
1 can of cream of chicken soup
3 or 4 potaotes cubed and boiled
1 can of mixed vegetables ( Del Monte)
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 Refridgerated Pillsbury Pie crust.

Preheat oven to 400. Debone and chop chicken, save broth.
Melt 3 tbsp of butter with 3tbsp of flour. blend in broth and stir until smooth.
Mix milk with 1 tbsp flour. Graduallya add, whisk
add one can on soup
Mix soup mixture with chicken
add potatoe and mixed vegatables
Pour into 9x13 baking dish
Cover with Pillsbury crust
Bake until browned about 45 minutes. When almost done brush with melted butter
