3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 1/2 pounds chicken, cut into thin, 2"- strips
Mrs. Dash to taste
2 red bell peppers, cut into thin, 2-inch-long strips
1 onion, chopped
3 large cloves garlic, chopped
3/4 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup chicken stock
1 8-ounce can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/4 pound fresh bean sprouts (optional)
3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
1 head iceberg lettuce (for the cup)

Directions:
Cook chicken first, then add all ingredients except lettuce. Hit lettuce head on the heart against the counter to get the core out. Serve lettuce & people put chicken mixture in. Nice to serve with some chopped salted peanuts, almonds fresh bean sprouts & soy sauce. Yum
