1 Pound can Peaches
1 cup wine (optional) I use water
1 cup any mix red, green peppers & onion

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients & coat chicken breasts. Cook chicken breasts (I use the George Forman grill) but I think the original recipe was to fry. Add the can of peaches (including juice) and water or wine (or water & talk to Jesus while it cooks) & the veggies, cover & simmer for 1 hour (if you have that kind of time) if you don't increase the heat to reduce quicker & serve it before the family gets ugly!

Serve with rice or as an entrée. You can use the same recipe & exchange the peaches for pitted dark sweet cherries, that's lovely too! :-) jay
